Success Requires a Clear, Simple Process
Identify
Identify the objectives of the client. Is the client interested to learn more about a new market space and local competition? Does the client want a short-term, opportunity specific engagement for initial sales or market research, or does the client want a long-term engagement for Business and Corporate development support? Is the client ready to support international expansion? Does the client have a pipeline of current opportunities in the new target area? What are the client's current keys to success, and can this be replicated internationally? Understanding what the customer wants to achieve and how it currently operates is fundamental to a successful engagement.
Engage
International Advancements represents the client either under its own brand, or as an independent Business Development partner - depending on the client's needs and objectives. We build out a pipeline of potential customers, partners, and support organizations; and assess the sales cycle for the new opportunities, to identify sales timelines and sales support requirements. We negotiate contracts on behalf of the client and provide corresponding customer support. We identify marketing needs and opportunities, in support of building out the client’s presence.
Close Out
In accordance with the committed objectives of the client, International Advancements will ease out of a project once the client is satisfied and in position to grow the project on its own, or we will leverage the success to help the client grow further within this target geography or within new territories.
